How the NEET PG 2026 exam centre is allotted

This is the biggest change for 2026: NBEMS has scrapped the first-come, first-served model that used to reward candidates who submitted their form the moment the window opened. • Act the moment the city intimation slip is out. If the allotted city means travel, book your stay immediately — accommodation near exam centres fills fast as the date approaches.
• Plan the journey, not just the stay. Work out how you will reach the centre on the morning, and how long it takes at that hour. If the city is not your own, travel the day before rather than the same morning.
• Do a dry run if you can. Knowing the route and the building removes the single most common source of exam-morning panic.
• Download the admit card the day it releases. The exact venue only appears there, and it is the document that gets you through the door.

NEET PG 2026 exam day: what to carry and expect
